Shipping policy

We will ship by the requested method unless the estimated cost does not cover the actual cost.  We will first determine if there is a shipping method we can use that does not exceed what you paid and use that or we will notify you that additional charge will be necessary, and you can choose to pay it or cancel the order.

USPS has recently changed to charging more based on volume than the rate estimator accounts for and causes the cost to be underestimated.  Fortunately we have been able to substitute UPS without charging the customer additional shipping.
